About Us

Meet the Team

Stacey Dean – Director

” I have worked in the care sector for 20 years and have a huge passion for ensuring all young people from every background in life have a fair chance at reaching their aspirations and goals, and having the correct support in place to do so. Tracey and I have dedicated ourselves to ensuring every child has an opportunity for a great start in life.”

Tracey Dalloway – Director and DSL

” I have worked in education for 40 years. Most recently supporting young carers. I believe that every child should have access to a safe space where they can explore, be themselves, relax and have fun.

Mandy Brigdale – Volunteer

” I find being a volunteer gives me the best of both worlds. Being able to help young people to feel safe and give a listening ear, to being there for parents for a natter too, offering support and being able to signpost in the right direction. Having Tracey and Stacey as Team Leaders I know not only do I feel supported by them, but being part of Generation Impact is like family.”

Erin Brigdale – Volunteer

” The opportunity of being a volunteer with young people helps me to expand my learning as it is what I want to do when I’m older, such as; Child Practitioner or a paediatric nurse. Working alongside Tracey and Stacey has helped to grow my self confidence, and it is a great way outside of college to socialise.”

Jane Cradock – Trustee

” Generation Impact do a wonderful job with the young people of Dudley, so when the opportunity arose to become a trustee it was an easy decision for me. My current role is Forest School Leader at a local primary school, and I look forward to helping Generation Impact with their venture.”

Cllr Kerry Lewis – Trustee
